Fort Bend County LID 2

Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 2 (FBCLID 2) is responsible for providing flood protection and storm water management services for major portions of the City of Sugar Land in Fort Bend County, Texas. The District protects more than 5,300 acres of property outlined on the map below. FBCLID 2 operates and maintains 11 miles of levees, 8 miles of drainage ditches and three pump stations.

First Colony LID 2

First Colony Levee Improvement District No. 2 of Fort Bend County, Texas (the “District”) was created by an Order of the Commissioners Court of Fort Bend County, Texas on October 7, 1985. The District includes 615 acres of land within The Commonwealth subdivision in the First Colony area of Sugar Land, Texas.

First Colony LID

FCLID protects approximately three square miles of residential and commercial property valued at over $1 billion. These properties consist of more than 8,500 residences, schools, and businesses in parts of Sugar Land and Missouri City. The levee is approximately 3.1 miles long.

Fort Bend County LID 20

The District presently contains approximately 595 acres of land located in the northeast portion of Fort Bend County approximately 28 miles southwest from downtown Houston, Texas. The District lies entirely within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Richmond.
